Version 0.1 · 13 October 2026 · draft for design partners
Sandbox terms
The sandbox lets you try Polivor with test data. These are the rules for using it.
What the sandbox is
A test environment of Polivor. Polivor decides whether an agent may make a payment, signs that decision and records it. It never holds, moves or initiates funds, in the sandbox or anywhere else.
Use synthetic data only
Do not put real bank accounts, real customers' IBANs, real invoices or any personal data into the sandbox. The only personal data we need are the email addresses of your admins and approvers, so they can sign in and receive approval requests.
No funds
The payment hub in the console is a simulation. Nothing you do in the sandbox pays anyone.
Availability
Best effort. We may change, restart or reset the sandbox, and delete its data, without notice. There is no support commitment and no uptime promise.
Evidence
Evidence records are signed and chained so that you can check them yourself, with the verifier in the console or offline. The sandbox gives no assurance that they meet any legal or regulatory requirement.
Your keys
Keep API keys secret. Activity done with a key is your activity. Tell us at once if a key leaks; you can revoke it yourself in the console, and we can too.
Feedback and contact
We would like to hear what works and what does not: hello@polivor.com.
Changes
We may change these terms. The version and date are at the top.
This is a draft. A lawyer has not reviewed it yet, and it is not a contract for production use.
